We are insured, bonded and are committed to conducting your liquidation/auction in an honest and ethical manner. We are also members of the Greater Cleveland Better Business Bureau. Our years of experience and auction attendance all contribute to keeping on top of current trends and prices. We pride ourselves on knowing how to get the most for your valuables. We have the staff available to do on site tag sales or place your valuables in one of our well advertised auctions. We can sell one great piece, collections or entire estates----we can best decide if what you have to sell would do better at auction or tag sale------good antiques, collectibles, equipment and most collections do extremely well at auction.  Whether you choose an auction or tag sale liquidation, we always do a free pre-appraisal and free website advertising with photos to help get you the most money possible.  We also are licensed by the Department of Agriculture and bonded in favor of the State of Ohio ---------Robert J. Do I have enough to sell?

This can best be determined during a first meeting. If you do not have enough for a public sale, we can get you in touch with buyers, do a private sale or get your valuables/collectibles into a good auction. We also have other options available which we can explain during a consultation. What do you charge?

Our fees are based on a percentage of sales and they vary depending on how much you have to sell and the amount of work involved in organizing your sale.  We can determine this during our initial consultation.  Our fees are always competitive.  You are promptly paid at the conclusion of the sale and are given all sales receipts.

If we want to do our own sale, can you help us?

Yes!  We can help you price, organize and advertise your sale/auction.  This can often save you money by reducing the risk of incorrect pricing.  One mistake or overlooked item could be very costly. 

We continually update our knowledge through seminar participation, auction attendance, and maintain an extensive library on antiques and collectibles as well as use of the latest technical research.
